After your consultation, we provide a written treatment plan that explains what we recommend, why it matters, how treatment is sequenced, and what it is expected to cost. You can take it home. You can ask questions. You can decide when you are ready.

Dental insurance
Using your dental insurance.
We accept dental insurance. Accepting your insurance is not the same as being in network with your specific plan, and coverage depends on your plan and the treatment you need.
- Before you schedule. Call (801) 226-6565 with your plan details and our team will explain how your plan works with our office.
- At your consultation. Bring your insurance card. We review how your benefits may apply to the plan we recommend.
- Your estimate. Your written estimate reflects what we expect based on the information available. Your insurance company decides what it actually pays, so the estimate is not a guarantee of coverage.

Paying with or without insurance.
We accept cash, credit cards, and dental insurance. If you do not have dental insurance, you still get the same written plan and estimate before anything begins, so you can decide with the full picture.

Do you offer payment options?
Yes. We accept cash, credit cards, and dental insurance. Our team reviews the options with you and explains what may fit your treatment plan.
Will insurance cover part of my care?
Coverage varies by plan and by treatment type. We help you understand how your benefits may apply before you decide.
Why does implant or restorative care cost what it does?
The cost reflects diagnosis, planning, materials, specialist training, and the sequence required to restore function. We explain that reasoning clearly before treatment starts.

You are welcome here. You receive the same written plan and estimate before treatment, and you can pay with cash or a credit card. Call the office to talk through your options.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just call the office as early as you can and we'll find a new time. We know plans change, and we'll work with you.
