The practical details.
- No referral needed. Many patients are referred by their dentist, and many find us on their own. Either way is welcome.
- Office hours. Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Closed Friday through Sunday.
- Where we are. 1375 East 800 North, Suite 204, Orem, Utah. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. Plan your visit.
- Payment. We accept cash, credit cards, and dental insurance, and you get a written estimate before treatment begins. See insurance and payment.
- What to bring. A photo ID, your insurance information if you have coverage, a list of your medications, and any records from your dentist. See your first visit.

Do I need a referral to be seen?

We accept cash, credit cards, and dental insurance. You receive a written estimate before treatment begins, and our team walks you through payment options and how your benefits may apply.
When is the office open?
Christensen Prosthodontics is open Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and closed Friday through Sunday. Call (801) 226-6565 or request a consultation online and we will reply within one business day.
What happens at the first visit?
The first visit is a consultation. We listen, look at the whole mouth, take any images we need, and explain your options in simple terms. It does not commit you to treatment.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just call the office as early as you can and we'll find a new time. We know plans change, and we'll work with you.
