Before your visit
We confirm your appointment and let you know anything to bring. If a dentist referred you, we coordinate records so you don't have to.
Arriving
You're welcomed at the front desk and shown back when it's time. We set aside enough time that you're never rushed.
The consultation
We listen first. Then we look at the whole mouth, not just the tooth that brought you in, and take any images we need to understand it fully.
Your plan
We explain what we see clearly, walk through your options, and answer every question before anything is decided.
Next steps
You leave with a clear understanding of your options, timing, and cost. There is no pressure to decide on the spot.

What to bring.
- A photo ID, and your insurance card if you have coverage (see insurance and payment)
- Any referral or records from your dentist, if applicable
- A list of the medications you take
- Any questions you want answered, no question is too small
The office is in Suite 204 and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. If you need any other accommodation, tell us when you schedule.

The office is in Suite 204 at 1375 East 800 North in Orem. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
Visits are by appointment, Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Call (801) 226-6565 or send a request and our team will reply within one business day.
