New patients
What to expect at your first visit.
A first visit here is a conversation, not a commitment. Here is exactly what happens, from the moment you arrive to the plan you leave with.
Step by step
Your first visit, start to finish.
Big decisions deserve a clear path, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Before your visit
We confirm your appointment and let you know anything to bring. If a dentist referred you, we coordinate records so you don't have to.
Arriving
You're welcomed at the front desk and shown back when it's time. We set aside enough time that you're never rushed.
The consultation
We listen first. Then we look at the whole mouth, not just the tooth that brought you in, and take any images we need to understand it fully.
Your plan
We explain what we see in plain language, walk through your options, and answer every question before anything is decided.
Next steps
You leave with a clear understanding of your options, timing, and cost. There is no pressure to decide on the spot.
Come prepared
What to bring.
- A photo ID, and your insurance information if you have coverage
- Any referral or records from your dentist, if applicable
- A list of the medications you take
- Any questions you want answered, no question is too small

No pressure
It's okay if it's been a while.
If you've put off a decision about a failing or missing tooth, you're not alone. Wherever you're starting from, there's no judgment here, only a clear path forward.
